SCHOOL OF PRAYER - Location Change

We've been experiencing a wonderful "problem" with our weekly School of Prayer.  For the past few weeks we've outgrown our meeting place!  Starting Monday, AUGUST 11, we will meet at South Church, downtown Hartford.  The church is located on the corner of Main & Buckingham Street.  Behind the church there is are 2 parking lots.

 Please try come at 7:00 pm sharp.  If you come late, call 860-540-4644 to be let in.  There is a security system, doors will be locked after the meeting starts

COURTS OF HEAVEN
For the next several weeks, we are studying  the Courts of Heaven.

We are discussing:
* What are the Courts of Heaven?
* Court Protocol
* Tabernacle/Temple courts
* Courtroom prayer
* Value of repentance in the courtroom
* Spiritual warfare

Do you want to deeper into God? Do you want to learn how to discipline yourself to quiet the traffic inside your head your can hear the pure Word of the Lord? One of the ways to do this is practice the art of an ancient prayer pattern that goes back over 1,000 years.

We at House of Good Hope have asked Jim & Lisa Leach, executive directors of Spirit Wind Center (spiritwindcenter.or) to hold a workshop retreat for us, to teach us this ancient prayer pattern. This will be a daylong retreat where we would learn about the history of this prayer, the philosophy behind it, and a couple of ways on how to do it; either in a group setting or individually.
