And will not God give justice to his elect, who cry to him day and night? Will he delay long over them? Luke 18:7

A fire shall always be burning on the Altar; it shall never go out....Leviticus 6:13

MY HOUSE shall be a HOUSE OF PRAYER for all nations. Isaiah 56:7

"Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool. Where is the house that you would build for me, and where will my resting place be? Isaiah 66:1

EARLY MORNING PRAYER, 6-8 AM Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday

SCHOOL OF PRAYER, Monday evenings 7-9 PM at South Church, 277 Main St, Hartford CT.

WELCOME!

We are a regional house of prayer in Hartford, Connecticut’s state capital.

We exist with the goal to displace the kingdom of darkness with the Kingdom of Light  through all aspects of sustained and persistent prayer.

“God does nothing except in response to believing prayer.” John Wesley

History has shown the greatest revivals started because groups of people sacrificed their lives in prayer and intercession.  If there were no David Brainerd, there may not have been the first Great Awakening.  If there were no Father Nash, there may not have been a second Great Awakening.  If Frank Bartleman didn’t pray, would there have been the great Asusa Street Revival?

For the eyes of ADONAI move here and there throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong on behalf of those who are wholehearted toward him.” 2 Chronicles 16:9  (Complete Jewish Bible)

There are some of us living in Connecticut who not only are willing, but are longing to see God move in our region. We are praying transdenominationally and cross-culturally.  We realize the only way revival will come to our land is if the Body of Christ come outside their individual churches and pray together.

CONNECTICUT PRAYS

(part of NEW ENGLAND PRAYS)

A new prayer initiative is breaking out in our state!  What would it look like to have a CANOPY OF PRAYER completely covering Connecticut?  What if there was a 24 hour rotating prayer meeting going on nonstop, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?

We are coordinating with America PRAYS and New England PRAYS to build this CANOPY OF PRAYER over our state.  We are answering the call to devote ourselves to unceasing prayer for our cities, states and nation.

“All these with one accord were devoting themselves to prayer.” Acts 1:14

We are now recruiting Connecticut churches who will covenant together to pray 6, 12, or 24 hours one day per month on the same day, to pray for our state, for the New England region, for our country.

Would your church or ministry like to join us?

THE VISION
Our vision is to cover New England in 24/7 prayer until Jesus returns beginning October 1, 2017. We see a unified church arising with one heart and one mind to pray for revival, awakening, and transformation in our region.

THE CALL
Our call is to devote ourselves to unceasing prayer for our cities, our states, and our nation. “All these with one accord were devoting themselves to prayer.” —Acts 1:14

THE IDEA
Every congregation, ministry, or network selects a full day or a half day every month to pray. Your group will pray the same day of the month (the 1st, 2nd, etc. or the 1st Wednesday, 2nd Sunday etc,).

THE COMMITMENT
Every congregation is responsible to cover a full day or half day every month in continual prayer. Recruit people to pray 30-60 minutes in a prayer chain to cover the entire time in prayer. They can pray from home, work, school or at church in a central location. It’s up to each congregation to organize their 12 or 24 hour window of prayer however they see fit.

HELP US BUILD THE HOUSE!

We are now working toward the goal of raising up funds to establish a permanent location for HOUSE OF GOOD HOPE.  So far almost $900 has been raised toward renting a facility, we’d like to raise up at least $5,000.  Please consider donating $100, $50, $25 or even $10 toward the building fund, every penny is gratefully appreciated!
